Pasta Making Class with Heath Johnson

Are you interested in learning how to make fresh pasta at home? Join us Friday, May 24th from 6:30-8:00pm for our first ever pasta making class with local chef, Heath Johnson!

Heath has been making fresh pasta for decades but recently began selling it in the market under his Feed Your Soul label. The pasta has been a huge hit and now he is sharing his foolproof pasta recipe and methods in a fun and interactive class inside the kitchen at Chicory Market. All class members will receive a recipe, hands-on instructions, and all the supplies to make their own fresh pasta. You will also learn how to package your pasta so that you can take what you make in class back home to create your favorite dish to share with family and friends. Snacks and refreshments are also included!
